Tusker House ADR

Hi, I'm really new to this whole ADR thing and Disneyworld in general, so please can you help me. I would really like to book the Tusker House Character Breakfast for me and my family as we're only having one Disney day and I want it to be special. I'd like to know, whats the best way to do it from the UK? Also, we're going at the end August. how busy is it likely to be? Thanks!
