Tusker House ADR PPO -> Avatar

Good Morning Friends,

First time poster.

Let's say someone has a Tusker House PPO reservation. Can they get into the park before everyone else with their reservation then wait outside Pandora? They'd eat the $10 no show fee in order to be one of the first people on to FOP. Is this is a feasible option?

It’s $10 per person. Plus they would not be allowed further than the restaurant
