Turning 1 day/1 park tix into 1 day/2park tix?

We bought 1 day/1 park tix. We are staying onsite for one night. We'll check in that morning at 7:30 and go to IOA for the day. I have a feeling the teens and I will try to squeeze in Universal, but others in our group will call it a day in the late afternoon.

I heard we can convert the tix to 2 park tix before we leave IOA. Is this true? Where would we go to do this?

Yes...you can upgrade at Guest Services but make sure you do it before you leave the park.
