Turndown services?

Can you request turndown service if you are staying NON Concierge at the RP?
Does anyone know if you do , do they also leave the trinkets for the kids?

I would think so.... we stayed at the RPR but is was Concierge. We stayed at the HRH twice, each time was just a standard room & they did offer turn down service.

They will give you turndown, but not the trinkets as far as I know.
