Turn down service

We have reserved a deluxe room this year since boys are older. Can you request nightly turn down service at the HRH or is this just for Club guests?

We are getting turn down service at RPR Club Level and I'm just wondering what is included with this. I know they will turn down your bed...but big deal...IMHO...what else????

Beds are turned down, lights are usually dimmed, soft music on, and a little trinket left on your bed. Clean towels also.

We received turn down service and we were not club level.

This past May in a Deluxe room we had turndown each night between 6:30P-7:30P. It was automatic we didnt special request it.

You can get turndown service even if you arent staying club. I believe you have to request it. Just ask when you are checking in. The trinkets at the HRH are fun things like wooden smiley face beaded bracelet, bouncey ball, luggage tag, small fiber optic light up wand ( DH said you get these on friday night. He must have been REALLY impressed if he still remembers what night he got it on! ) and a rubber keychain. I do know that they start giving the same stuff agian if you stay over 5 or 6 nights.

Also, each night you get a cute card with song lyrics on them. They look like buisness cards, and are GREAT if you scrapbook!

When we last stayed each bed including the pullout they made up each night for us was left a trinket. So, we had 3 .

I was suppose to have turndown sevice and didn't even know it but I had my dog. left something in my friend's room each night I was upgraded to club had access but had the dog so we were on thr 3 rd floor tower 2

the 411 on turn down service with the trinkets, soft lights, music on that are listed above are all on the mark.

i was told at check in that it is the discretion of the employee to provide turn down service on your papers.
you can request it but doesn't guarantee it if you are not in club.

i have stayed club and have always received it there.
have stayed in regular rooms and it was the employee that had the service provided for me.

and i have requested it and not stayed in club and never received it.


its the employee at check in that has put turn down service in the notes for you that gives you this perk.


last time i took cookies to the dudes at the desk when i checked in.....
