LOVE the tink luggage... one of these days I will return with some mickey luggage myself.

It's such a fun piece.

BTW, we like to take early flights too. Usually we are anxious (and then I don't spend all day thinking about the flight!!)

I have to admit I've gotten much better about flying...especially since my first girls' only trip.

Happy that you got to meet up with Tim and family. It's great to meet our DIS friends in person.

I love that you got Starbucks. I too must have mine at the start of my trips. This next trip I may have my mug that I bought... I think I am bringing it. I am not sure if it will work in the airports though... but either way, i am still going to get my starbucks!

I can't start my day without my Starbucks. Mark even went out this morning to get mine...yes, there were a few open.

And... It is so cool you get to have your special dismeet finally!!

I initally booked through my HR site, then I got an offer through priceline..both for Budget, the priceline one saved me an additional 60 bucks!

I love that you can keep looking closer to the date and get a better deal.

I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOO glad we decided not to go in August again and make it September...it all worked out for the best.

I wish y'all were going in late Oct. Oh well! Maybe next time.

Until Mark gets a new job, we will never make it late October...he has a show that time of year every year.

Sounds like the flight was uneventful, and I can't blame Mr. Mark for not wanting to be up that early, but how can you beat that 10:30-11:00 time of getting there!!

New York has been put on the shelf for now. With my almost ten day trip in May/June with the girls (last girls trip because they are doing Hawaii the following year) and the fact that in 2015 we are hoping to go to Phoenix and Disneyland and Marco Island, we have to save for that.

I'd do anything to carry that to the airport.

As explained above, there was more. That was just my suitcase and Christmas gifts for the kids we were meeting.

Lolling at the poor puppy being put out for eating shoes. When my Gizmo was a baby I went in to check on him and he was sleeping on a pair of my mothers shoes that cost her 90 euro and she had only got them the day before. I nearly cried

I told Alisha, puppies are puppies, and to expect this for a year or two until they grow up. She needs to hide them better.

When I last updated (11 days ago ), we had gone to DTD to pick up our AP's, meet up with Mary and the girls and were headed on our way to our resort. We all hopped in the car and drove to our home for the next five nights:



Mark dropped us off and went to park the car and Cayley wanted to go with him. So Mary, Avery and I went to check in. There was no line and we were at a window in no time. We had a terrific CM who gave Avery some stickers and then when Mark and Cayley arrived, more stickers for Cayley and Mark (yes, my husband had to have stickers).

Our room was ready. So I gave Mary and the girls my Magic Band and had them go to the room while Mark and I went to get our luggage.

We got up to the room and I took some pictures before we totally messed up the room.

Great photos of BWI.

Had to laugh when you mentioned that your view looking straight out blocked out the scary clown pool. Although creepy looking, I would love to try the coaster water slide some day.

Love that Mark had to have stickers (I like getting them too! )

As we didn't get a chance to visit any of the Epcot resorts to see the decorations, it's a nice treat to see your BWI pix. (love the garland under the Dumbo figure.)

Hi Kathy - it looks like you had a wonderful Christmas on FB.

Loved the Boardwalk pictures - it looks like such a fun resort.

I would be so disappointed with the view - but yes, the bright side is that you didn't have to see the clown.

Am I the only one who thinks the Boardwalk rooms are in need of a serious update? You can tell they were once beautiful - but they just seem so tired now.

Can't wait to hear about MVMCP!

The Boardwalk looks like a great place to stay if it wasn't for that freaky clown slide.

I can't think of a much better way to start a trip than going to the MK for a party.
