Hi!
We'll be going down to Florida from Nov. 15 - Nov. 22 (we'll be leaving on Thanksgiving Day). We'll be spending our 1st 2 days at WDW (Boardwalk) and than be going to Vero Beach for a couple days, than returning back to WDW for our last 2 days (staying at the Disney Institute). This is our 3rd and final trip for the year. We're staying on points, except for the Disney Institute, since all the rooms in DVC are booked. My question is: what can we expect in terms of crowds and weather? Has anyone stayed at the Disney Institute in the "Tree House"? And how comes the Disney Institute can not be booked with points?

We've been at OKW during Thanksgiving week and thru the weekend for the past 2 years. The weather has been great-High 70's low 80's. Crowds have not been a problem except on Thanksgiving Day. Don't even think of going to MK past 11:00 AM. You're better off at EPCOT since there's more room for alot of people to spread out in. I have no experience with the Tree House Villas. Enjoy your trip.
