Turbo Strap question

I posted this on the CB, but as usual, it got buried many pages back in about .03 nanoseconds.

I have new Crocs and my son got some Airwalks for our upcoming Disney trip. He loves them, even better than the Crocs, but they would fit better with some of the adjustable Turbo Straps. Does anyone know if the straps will work with Airwalks too, or are they just designed for Crocs?

Turbo Straps replace the original strap on Crocs, and they're adjustable. I want my son's shoes to be as comfy and well-fitting as possible for our upcoming WDW trip.

That's why I love the Disboards...someone else always has the same question as me! I have Airwalks and was wondering about the Turbo Strap too. My Airwalk's strap just barely touches the back of my ankle, which is enough to give me the feeling they will stay on, but would like something a little more secure. What does one do if they lose a shoe at a Disney park?

I'd have to say that 95% of our time at WDW, I wore my Crocs without the strap. I'd recommend flipping it back for any fast ride where your feet are exposed (can't think of any like that off hand though). But then, I don't ever use the strap at home either. I'm just saying, I wouldn't worry about losing a Croc (style) shoe.

What is the rivet like on the Airwalks? Is it round like Crocs? If so, I'd think it would work...

I held them side by side, and the rivets are both round and look exactly the same size. I guess I'll just order some straps and hope they fit! I'll let y'all know!

It might be easier if you run to your nearest sporting goods store. I know our local Dick's sells the turbo straps. You could probably "try" them out before you paid for them (and saved on shipping also).
