another week of summer well underway

I have today off and we are going to go BIrthday shopping for my nephew who turns 1 on Sat and than to the beach

some of you may remember my stress and worry this time last year

Mr. B ( My nephew ) was not due to be born until mid september but he had other plans and now a year later you would never know he was so early
he just started walking last month (all the kids in this family seem to walk before a yr)

I already got him a pooh and tigger safari outfit from sears
to wear to WDW this Dec when we go
but I need to get something else

I love shopping for babies

So we know what kamommy is doing today Good LUck to her

Well I'm working all day today and I have a lunch meeting so I'm not even going to get out then. Hence the reason I won't be able to get to the PO to mail my last swap today. Tonight I'm meeting my SIL and we are going to see the Devil Wears Prada.

For right now I'm at work and it is pouring outside. It was a horrible drive in. I hope it clears up before this evening.

Crazy day here. We are going to my parents very soon (once the kids wake up, get dressed and eat something, that is) so I can work on 2 dressers that I'm refinishing. Then DS has cool school from 10:45 -12:45. DD will stay at my parents and I'll just take DS. Then, I have to stay home all afternoon to wait for the alarm guy to fix our house alarm and the kids will be with parents. Phooey an entire afternoon without your kids. Oh, what shall you do with your time? Swaps, of course! Then get the kids and come up with something for dinner because my DH has class tonight. Ahh the summer....

Well the letters are on the desks, but no one is here yet to read them. Don't they know I am anxious!

Seriously, I am a nervous wreck and I slept for about an hour last night, but it will be okay. I will keep you all posted.

Hi everyone! I hope everyone had a great day! Today was my back-to-school hair appointment day. . .can't go back to those HS kids with 9-inch roots!

Tonight, we had a celebratory dinner with KAMommy & her DH in honor of her resignation and new job! We had Mexican food, and it was delicious!

Tomorrow is Wednesday--halfway through the week! Have a great one!!
