Looking for a little advice or suggestions.

We are new DVC members and we fly to Orlando. We start the Owners Locker service. It great, for storing supplies; sunscreen, first aid kit, etc. However, we also travel to Aulani and Grand Californian Hotel. On out last trip, we saw people traveling with plastic tubs. We assumed they drove.

Where is where I need some help: What do people who fly do? I think what we need is a tough plastic tub with wheels. I am not having much luck searching the internet. I am just finding large trunk suitcases but they seem more designed for clothing. We are looking for something for out items our Nespresspo, electronics etc. We currently put in our luggage but stuff is getting damaged.

Any ideas?

Thanks, Moose.

Check Pelican Air Cases and see if there is a size that works - Only Con I can think of is the expense as It may be a bit "tougher" then what you're looking for.

I package toiletries in shoe box sized plastic containers with snap lids, then bubble wrap. Never an issue in decades.

As for electronics, if it doesn’t fit in our carryon or book bag, it doesn’t make the trip. iPads, tablets loaded with movies for the flight as well as noise cancelling headphones, it all fits nicely

JHMO but a vacation is nice opportunity to disconnect if you will. All are packaged well in their padded cases and, again, bubble wrap :)

Thanks Shamus, that is what I was looking for. KeishaShadow, I agree. iPad and laptops come with me on flight. I do have a bunch of smaller items like chargers, Roku sticks, travel router and Google home Mini's. I keep the total replacement cost for all the items under the max replacement cap for the airline. I like a little home automation to make me feel like I am at home.

Wow, what a great idea re the plastic clip tub in the suitcase. I hadn't thought of that, but that would be awesome for our toiletries etc, as we are on 4 flights/ 4 plane changes one way and our bags are brutalized more often than not. And then i can put my pretties in it for the trip back....thanks keishashadow for the tippirate:

Pretty sure the solution is for John & crew at Owner's Locker to open Cali, & Hi services.:)
