TSMM Tip!

I was at DCA yesterday and got to cut the TSMM iine! Look to the left of the line entrance and you will see a CM holding white cards. Walk up to them, answer 3 out of 5 Toy Story questions correctly, and you get to cut the line! I was told that this was a new thing for the 60th anniversary. Also, we were only a party of 2 so it might only work for smaller parties.

Are there cast members outside the ride all day doing this? Or only for certain times of day I wonder?

How long was your wait in line after they let you into it?

I'm not sure if they're there all day. The ride was a 45 minute wait, but we walked right on!

Oh boy, that is awesome! TSMM is our favorite ride (never been in DCA yet, but I hear it's the same as WDW). Without a FP, we were planning to wait in line whenever we wanted to ride. If they have this option when we are there, we will be so thrilled!

Some of the questions were kinda hard! Some were easier, though. One question was, "What is the name of Andy's sister?"

I hope they're there in August. My DS19 must have watched Toy Story about a thousand times when he was little, and he has an amazing memory for details. His name is Andy, if that's a bonus! (In the movie, Andy's sister's name is Molly.)

I had this happen to me once. We were sitting on a bench and two CMs walked up and asked us a bunch of questions about the princesses. We love the princesses so we answered all the questions. Our whole family got FPs for any ride we chose.

I had a similar thing happen to me too when TSMM first opened. The line was huge and a CM asked me to name 7 Disney villains. I successfully answered and was allowed to cut the line!
