TSMM FP question

FP+ newbie here..
Wondering if this might be a glitch, but I was not able to snag a FP for TSMM. I keep checking back, trying to update one of our RNRC FP's (we are at HS 2 days) and have the same FP's for both days. On Nov. 17, TSMM appears as an option, but when I click it, an error message appears saying:
Arrive Between
There are no alternate times currently available.

Is this a glitch? Or is it the system's way of saying that there just isn't TSMM available at the same time I booked RNRC? I don't want to cancel that one outright for fear of losing it.

HS closes at 4pm on the 17th. I would doubt there are any fp left for TSM. It's probably a glitch that it appears as an option.

that's weird because the Dibb is showing availability on Nov. 17th for TSMM but it might be only one or two and at a time you have something else scheduled. All other dates around Nov. 17 show no availability for TSMM

thanks. i've tried a while bunch of different combinations with the other time slots, and i'm still getting the same error message. We'll plan to head straight to TSMM at RD if we can't get the FP.

It's been happening to me too. Been trying to change from RnRC also on the same day. Dibb says FP available, touring plan app says FP available, MDE shows it as an option but I get the same message. And I have also moved everything around and I still can't get it to work.

Unless, I'm misunderstanding, I would assume it's because you already have RnRC and you can't book 2 tier one FPs.

I'm trying to change my RnRC (tier 1) to TSMM (another tier 1), so that shouldn't impact the availability?

TSM and RnRC are both Tier 1 so you can only have one of them. I'm not clear on if you're trying to change your R

that was my first thought - I almost replied in a similar way but then re-read the 1st post a few times and decided that she was not trying to change her RnRC time but trying to change RnRC out for TSM....you are not alone!

keep trying, even if they are gone I managed to get one the day before we went to the park. Don't lose hope!
