Ayone know if there is items you cant order at TS dining if your on the dining plan?
For example, I was looking at Le Cellier and some of their steaks are 30 some dollars.

You can use the deluxe plan for 2 TS meals. You get 3 meals per nite of your stay. If you're only staying one nite and you wanted to use 2 TS for dinner you would have 1 TS or CS to use for lunch or breakfast.

While I have eaten at Le Cellier, we haven't had any restrictions. The only one that I have heard would be is if there is lobster on the menu...that's not on the DP. That's one reason we'll only do Disney with the DP, is because you can eat pretty much whatever you want and not have to worry about the price! :thumbsup2

We get the $34.99 filet every year on ddp, it always tastes great and it is definitely a good use of your ts credit.

Sorry to jump on your post, but I was wondering this too. We are eating at the Coral Reef. My husband would love to get the lobster. Not on the dining plan?

You may in general order anything on any menu at any participating restaurant.

The restrictions usually concern multiple-course fixed price menu listings. Some restaurants do not permit ordering these on the dining plan. Others allow it with a surcharge. One (Le Cellier) allows ordering from their three-course fixed price menu even if you are on the basic dining plan, but they do not permit any substitutions.

For the previous poster: According to the latest reports, Coral Reef doesn't serve lobster. Currently the only place to get a lobster entree on the DDP is Narcoosees. The lobster is not restricted from the DDP there, but Narcoosees is a 2-credit restaurant.

Ok, Im still confused, Does the Deluxe plan let you have 2 TS in one day like eat at Le Cellier for lunch and maybe Italy for Dinner and such.

We never came across any restrictions.

And from what I understand once you check in you just have a certain number of credits to be used in any amount on any day. It is based on the amount of nights you stay.

So, for example we stayed 11 nights and had 4 people, so we had 44 snacks, 44 CS meals and 44 TS meals to be used however/whenever.

However the TS meals were broken down into 33 adult TS and 11 child TS due to the ages of my kids.

We were told several days in to our trip that the CS meals do not matter child or adult. You don't have to order off the kid's menu for those.

So then if you want to use 2 TS in one day I don't see why not. We had days we used no snacks and then used 10 the next day. Everytime you use it it will let you know how many you have left. Plus your resort can always print out the balances for you.

You get an allocation of 3 TS credits per person per day, but they are all 'pooled' at the start of your holiday, and you can use as many as you want whenever you want during your trip until midnight on the day you check out.

You could go to a TS breakfast, TS lunch, and then a signature restaurant (2TS) in the evening if you wanted and it wouldn't matter one bit, you're free to use them as you wish
