We eat in TS - not very fond of CS.
2012 June in WDW
We are the typical family who visits WDW every few years. Not AP holders. We pay OOP, since we stayed at the Dolphin (no dining plan).

Ask any questions you wish.

Chef de France, lunch - EPCOT
Remy was great – so was the CM. Lunch delicious. We ate the big burger, Onion soup, quiche yummy. Strawberry cake was OK, chocolate mousse was creamy

Crystal Palace, breakfast - MK
Food selections were nice and fresh. We ate at 8:05 am. Fresh fruit, Mickey waffles, omelet station, some salads, breads, cereals, breakfast meats, you name it - they had it for breakfast. Best server, Vinnie. Fun breakfast, Vinnie CM talked to us, told us about how he started at Disney, very friendly.

Garden Grill, dinner - EPCOT
Front table, Kurt server, very funny, knows Japanese and wants to move to Japan and start a business. Went to Johnson and Whales Culinary School – likes to do desserts, very food knowledgeable – bows after every service. Food was good…asked for more fish and beef – yummy, even got some broccoli off the kids menu. Great berry cobble for dessert with fresh whipped cream.

Brown Derby, dinner - EPCOT
Nicely seasoned Filet of Beef 8oz, Chicken soup, chicken, moist grapefruit cake

Lunch with KTTK tour @ Columbia Harbor House, MK – Tuna, salad & chicken fingers were on the table with our KTTK pins, Food was fresh

Late afternoon MK main street bakery – chocolate croissant & cinnamon roll - so good for a snack, but long lines to get our order

Aloha isle, MK – Pineapple Floats, so refreshing, great on a hot day

Boardwalk Pizza Window - $20 for a cheese pizza in a box. OK for a family of 4, 2 slices each. They give you plates and napkins. We had our own water bottles. OK pizza. Not NY pizza or Via Napoli, but for a quick meal in our room, not a bad deal.

Coral Reef, lunch - EPCOT
Coral Reef could not find our reservation, even though WDW dine could. Finally got a table next to the fish tank. delicious lobster soup, Chicken in a broth with small pasta, great for a non-fish eater, Lobster pasta in a light sauce, Salmon with veggies, Shrimp scampi, Chocolate wave came with raspberry sherbet, key lime mousse was a nice ending.

UK Fish, CS snack - EPCOT
2 fried pieces of Cod with french fries comes in a little box lined with paper which looks like newspaper. A bit greasy, but satisfies a growing teenage DS, and a hungry DH.

Plaza Ice Cream, snack, MK
Rootbeer float with vanilla ice cream. You get a straw and a long spoon with the 16 oz drink. Refreshing on a hot day.

Teppan Edo, dinner - EPCOT
Sushi sampler – nice selections, shrimp, scallops & chicken dinners, our chef only did the onion volcano, food was nicely prepared, not over cooked.

Cape May Buffet, late breakfast - Beach Club
Nice breakfast brunch – good pastries, quiche, breads, salads, fruit, yogurt, cereals, bagels, lox, other fish, bacon, sausage, sugary pastries & fruit. Our server seemed over worked - too a while to get juice, coffee and tea. Also our server gave us the wrong check (it had an infant, young child and 2 adults price - less than $70) - but we corrected the server and got our check for 4 adults, $30 higher:rotfl:

California Grill, dinner - Contemporary
Beef filet, chicken, wine, cheese flatbread, Tuna 3way sushi, tea, coffee – very nice and yummy meal. After dinner we walked around CR shops and then Fireworks watch from roof of CR - music piped in and great views from the 15th floor deck. ;)

1900 Park Fair, dinner - Grand Floridian
Seated in the back room, but all characters came to us. Pasta station, prime rib, salads, fruit, breads, nice dessert selections – very filling meal

O’Hana, late breakfast - Polynesian
We received lei’s to wear and keep for our picture. Nice picture taken of our family. Fresh breads, breakfast platter, Mickey waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, tea, kona coffee, juice with passion fruit, our server never brought me plain oj. Sometimes our server was nowhere to be found and we saw her just talking with other servers in the kitchen. Food was good, Service poor.

Lotus Blossom, snack- EPCOT
Egg rolls were tasty, but very skinny. Not like the egg rolls we get in NY.
They were not greasy. You get 2 egg rolls per order.

Tony’s, dinner - MK
Table on the porch. A bit of a warm night. Started to cool off as the sun sets. Our server Paul was very professional and polite. Great view of the Electrical parade. Cheese board, Vegtable ministone, mushroom-leek soup, spaghetti & meatballs, chicken parm, lasagna, shrimp scampi, gelato, chocolate hazelnut cake, tiramisu - all tasted yummy ! :cool1:
