Trying to put together a list of all the ABD podcasts

The ABD trip reports are some of my most favorite shows. Everyone does such a wonderful job of describing their trip, and I love listening to them. With the prices, it's probably as close to going as I'll ever get. Here's a list of the shows I can find. I'm using the iTunes "name,"release dates, and show description. If I miss any, please post the date/show so I can add to my lists.

There's a 3rd Italy segment that went up this week.

Also, there's Pete & Walter's ABD add-on to their Alaska cruise somewhere in there. I don't have access to iTunes at work, but on the Archives, it's listed as Aug 24, 2011.
