Trying to plan our trip around ADR's, help/suggestions please

We are last minute planning a WDW trip for Jan 3-7. Planning to stay at ASMu w/ DxDDP for myself, picky DH, DS(11), DS(3), and my mother. I'm hoping to call tomorrow for ADR's, but would like input. I haven't decided which day we would do what, but am thinking we would like to do these combos:

MK Day:
B-Crystal Palace Char meal
L-Cosmic Rays
D-Liberty Tree Tavern

Epcot Day:
B-Character meal @ Chef Mickey's or Supercalifragalistic
L-Biergarten
D-Le Celier

DHS Day:
B-Char meal @ playhouse Hollywood & vine
L-50'd prime
D-O'hana

AK Day:
B-Donald's bfast @ Tusker House (late as possible)
D-Jiko

Bonus Day catching up whatever we hadn't seen enough of @ Epcot/MK:
L-Coral Reef
D-Yahtsman Steakhouse

I let hubby pick all the restaurants since we had wanted to do Disney & a Cruise, but the timing just didn't work out so I needed to make him happy somehow. Other options on his list would be Cape May Bfast, Flyng Fish Cafe, Cali Grill, Citrico's or Narcoossee's. I would love to maybe do Narcoosee's during fireworks one evening, but I think with this being so late ADR's may be hard to come by. We also missed out on CRT breakfast, but that's what I get for getting in the game so late.

The other thing I'm worried about is DS that will be 11 is just starting to get out of kids meals into adult size meals and am afraid we won't get our money's worth for him. Thoughts?

I just booked a last minute trip for Disney for Dec. 13-18 2 weeks ago, so you are about in the same boat that I was then. It is so hard to come by ADR's. We wanted Crystal Palace, Le Cellier, but we didn't get either. (I am STILL trying!!!!) Be sure to check the Jan. ADR cancelled thread. That is where I am hoping to snag a couple of the ones off the top of our list. Check out ALLEARS.NET and have a couple of back-ups available! Good Luck! It's a rough ADR world out there!

Here's what we have so far:

1/2 Arrive in Orlando, driving from Ohio. Plan to stay at an OP hotel nearby.
1/3 Check in to get passes and KTTW and head to MK, 8am Liberty Tree Tavern for Character breakfast tour MK and late lunch/early dinner @ LTT 3:35p, staying for Spectro & Wishes. will probably head back to hotel for a short break
1/4 Epcot w/ ADR's @ Biergarten (12p) and Coral Reef (7:30) staying for Illuminations
1/5 AK w/ ADR's @ Chef Mickey's (7a) and Jiko (6p)
1/6 HS w/ ADR's @ 50's Prime time (11:25a) and Ohana (7:05)
1/7 TBD w/ ADR only for Yachtsman steakhouse @ 5:45p.

Still trying to figure out how to fit Fantasmic in there somehow and bummed that we couldn't get LeCellier at all for lunch or dinner. I made a couple changes to breakfasts and had to get creative with times, but I'm pretty happy that it's all done after spending so much time pouring through menus and such. Still have 4 TS credits to use up, but will probably do some CS meals in there as well just so we're not over scheduling. Any suggestions/advise?
