Trying to find info. re original sale prices at each resort?

I've seen threads with this info but can't find them on search and would appreciate it if anyone could post a link? I'm wondering about the original prices per point at different resorts. I'm trying to decide whether to do a small add-on. maybe BLT, maybe AKV or BCV. If not BLT, trying to decide resale vs. direct through Disney and wondering how prices have changed over the years.

July, 2007 -- Early opening for AKV.

September 16, 2008 -- THV announced as an addition to SSR. To open in Spring, 2009.
January 15, 2009 -- Price increase to $112 for AKV purchase. Minimum add-on at BLT increases to 100 points.

Keep in mind that the two useful lists above mostly give the "rack rates" for the resorts. The actual purchase price from Disney is almost always less due to sales or promotions. Doc gives you some, but not all of what was offered in deals. For instance, the charts show SSR for $98/point in late 2005. But there was a very easy to find/qualify-for $15/point promotion that broght the "real" price down to $83.
