Trying to figure out why someone isn't showing on my Friends and family on MDE

Not sure where to ask this question at so sorry if in wrong place.

I am having two issues actually. I went to my MDE to make payments on our two room only reservations and it doesn't say anywhere where to click to make payment. I'm used to having a package and always see the make payment button and do so. However, this is my 1st room only trip and I don't know if it's different or what but I can't find where to make a payment.

Also, in trying to do this I notice that it says "my planning party" and it only lists 2 of the 3 people. I have my husband and I in one room and my son and his girlfriend in another room. It shows husband and sons girlfriend as my planning party but NOT my son. I have planned all past trips and he's always just automatically showed up in my party.

So I tried to add him by sending the invite and it then says "sorry" he must be over 18! He IS over 18 and has been for years and it even says his name and +18.
I don't know what to do and before I call and sit on hold I thought I'd see if maybe I'm just stupid, having a bad day and doing something wrong. LOL

I've always had to call and pay for room only.

Who is the primary guest on the son/girlfriend room? Has THAT person logged into THEIR account since you've booked the reservation?

There's a chance that your son's MDX profile isn't attached to the room reservation. The reservation might just think it's a random person with the same name as your son, but not yet connected to his login/email address.

I find it so weird that they won't take my money online for a hotel reservation. LOL no wonder the call times are so long!
As for my sons room reservation I made the reservations for them on my account. I made ours and then theirs. So I just don't know why it would show her and not him on my friends and family. hmmmmm

You've said different things without realizing it.

Showing in your Friends & Family and showing in your Planning Party are not the same. Do you know for sure which is happening?

That usually means he's not linked to the reservation. One of the people who's actually on that reservation needs to log in and link the name on the reservation to his profile.

I have never had these issues before we've always booked a package for the family and all been in the same room and no issues. This is really making me feel like a 1st timer and while it has been a while, I am not a 1st timer LOL

Ok I found how to link it but it errored out so I guess I'll give up and just call them.

Your planning party consists of the people who will be on a specific trip with you. For instance, my planning party right now is just DH and I. I have a lot of other people on my F&F list, and when they’re included on a future trip, they’ll be part of the planning party for that trip.
