UGH. Been tracking our tix from UCT since they shipped last week. They are "out for delivery" per the USPS site. But I got our mail already today, and they are not in there. 1 letter from the car dealership, 1 letter trying to refinance our house, local shopping paper. Nothing resembling a 6x9" envelope. Checked the mail at the vacant house next door - nada with our name on it.

The mail tracker has been dead accurate on all the little things I've gotten from ebay and Amazon. And they usually don't mark anything as delivered until the mail truck is back at the Post Office, so when I have it in hand before 2, it's still marked "out for delivery" until around 5.

I'm trying very hard not to have a bad feeling about this...

GOT 'EM! They were delivered to the house today. Snow has gotten things all messed up. I'm a cucumber now. :p

I received tix from UCT last week. The USPS site had them out for delivery on 2/12 but it was updated that night to show that it was received at my local post office 2/12 and I received it 2/13. I would not worry!

I've had stuff been out for delivery and delivered 2 days later. I never trust the accuracy of it.

You guys are probably right, but it's hard not to worry when I've had 4 packages of under $50 stuff show up right on time in the last 10 days and the $800 worth of park tickets don't.

You've been lucky with usps "tracking" before but now it seems you're possibly stuck in the "they can call it Delivered when it gets to the local PO" zone. Be patient. Breathe. And don't worry. UCT is a reputable company and will not leave you at the park gates with no way to get in.

I've had it say "out for delivery" one day and receive it the next day. Not sure where you live, but I know with all the snow here, our mail service gets all kinds of screwed up and delayed. Sometimes we don't even get mail if it's too cold, mailboxes are blocked, street isn't plowed, etc. I wouldn't worry for a few more days...

My UT tickets were supposed to be delivered today too. They were still in Florida yesterday, but as of this morning they were still supposed to be on time. Still not here. Hopefully tomorrow...

unless it's past the stated delivery date you received when you ordered the tickets, and you allowed plenty of time prior to your trip departure, I wouldn't stress about it.

I ordered tix for my adult kids using the expedited shipping option and they arrived a day early in January. Have never had a problem with UT.

Knowing our ridiculously incompetent US Postal Service - it's probably just sitting on a truck someplace and will be delivered in a few days.

The bright side is even if they lose it, they are just as likely to incorrectly deliver someone else's Universal tickets to you. ;)

Feb 19 was the day UCT said they would arrive, but they did not even leave UCT until Feb 17. I knew there was no way they'd be "on time" with the horrible snow in the south this week. We only got mail delivery 3 days last week instead of 6. For some reason, we got no mail at all today.

UGH, just checked and it is "available for pickup" at my local PO. Wonder why they aren't delivering?

And I have ordered from UCT before, however, it was before tracking numbers were commonly used by USPS. So I never had any idea where or when they were. I know they'll make it right, I just wish they were here.
