Trying to book online -stuck on one page...

I am trying to book online and I keep getting stuck on the 'add travel party' page. I pulled down who I wanted, added her and then click next, it goes as if it is going to next page, and then just stays on that page. Won't do anything!
I tried 2 browsers and my cell phone.
Is this a common and known problem booking online?

I had a very similar problem. I was trying to add a child who already had a profile setup and it refused to add her. It turns out that when I booked my reservation I put her age at the time of the trip however she had not yet turned that aged so her profile had an age that was a year younger. I called Disney and they confirmed that was the problem and so I just went back and changed my reservation to indicate the age she is now. Not sure if that is the problem you are having or not. They have their birthdays in the system so I feel like Disney should know how old the child is at whatever time I travel.

Makes sense but no, my daughter is 21 and is in the 18+ category - frustrating!
