Trying something new: which Epcot WS TS?

DD9, DH and I would like to try an Epcot WS TS restaurant we haven't eaten at before. We are all pretty adventurous eaters- we like trying new things. Which of the following is your #1 pick?

-Rose & Crown
-Les Chefs de France
-Alfredos (although it is rumored to be closing this summer)
-Akershus
-San Angel Inn

Actually out of all the WS TS, we like Le Cellier in Canada the best but Italy is a close second!!
