"It was a DOWNPOUR at Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party on Sunday, September 8th, 2024. We thought we could wait out the rain with a Disney Dining Show at Cosmic Ray's Starlight Café, but we were wrong! Unfortunately, this small dining review was all that we could do that night, but we made the most of it and ordered all the party-exclusive items on the menu. There were some surprises, both good and bad. If you've got your eye on some Mickey's Not-So-Scary Exclusive food items, I'd consider this review before you order."
