trouble with Searches

I can't figure out how to do a search based on somebody's user name! I have tried going to Advanced Search and have typed in many different user names, and it always says that no match can be found. For example, I am trying to find DebIreland's Trip Report. I don't know the name of the report, but seems like there should still be a way to find it using her user name.

It doesnt work. I cant remember if I read that they have it testing on another style or not. I've tried to figure out how they broke an intergral part of vbulletin in the first place..
