Trouble with Disney Movie Rewards...

Well, I had 1390 points with my Disney Movie Rewards and now it's showing 0. I emailed them and received a canned response about how sorry they were that I was having trouble with my account blah blah blah and they did confirm in thier email to me that I had 1390 points but the points still aren't showing up when I log on. I wrote them twice since then and still no fix!

Has anyone had trouble with DMR? Is there another way to contact them other then the contact form found under "contact us" on the website? Thanks!

I would do a search on the boards as several others have had the same problem. Also check the Disney Rewards threads towards the bottom of the main boards page.
