Trouble with ADR's?

I made reservations at my 60 day window last month but now I can't do anything when I log in to MDE. I can see available times but once I try to go to the specific restaurant I get the http error message. Has anyone else had this problem lately?

I did reach out to Disney but have yet to hear anything back. Worse comes to worse I will try by phone.

I've had some issues with finding reservations on the website. It just twirls and twirls for me.

ADRs have been a mess for me too and it’s been like this at least couple months. I finally succeeded by booking on the website in incognito mode.

This gives me all the confidence in the world that the Genie+ launch will be flawless.

I found the website to be glitchy, but the app has worked well for me getting reservations

The system was a mess for me this morning. Incognito mode, regular mode, app---all of it. I'm up against it because I'm trying to make reservations for 10. Of course, nothing available for 10 anywhere. So I try to break it up, 5 and 5 or 4 and 6. All guests are listed in the MDE account. I make one reservation for 5 (carefully selecting guest's names), then I try to make a second reservation (selecting the remaining 5 guests names)--and the system won't let me book it without cancelling the other reservation. Anyone know a way around this?

EDIT: Just figured it out. The key is to not select the MDE account holder in the first reservation.

Booking dining this week has been terrible. Have to use Safari or app, Chrome will not work. Just crashes. Plus feel for you MGD2007 booking for 10. Trying to book for 7 and I’ve just been doing 6. Figured either I’ll have to call to sort it out later or maybe adjust when we check in? Either way have only found one dinner we’d hoped for, everything else is gone. Granted we’re a big party and staying off property, but I didn’t expect it to be this bad. Hoping to snatch things up later on

So note to self, if planning a big family vacation each nuclear family needs to make reservations. I am not messing around with more than a group of six. With Genie+ and lightning lanes coming on line it's about to be every man for themselves. Maybe I should buy some stock in one of these grocery delivery services. It's about to be the only way to guarantee you get to eat regularly at Disney.

I thought the hardest thing was going to be getting a flight for this vacation.

Separate ADRs sounds like the way to go! I haven’t even begun to talk to our crew about Genie…oh man no clue how we’re going to manage that. Jiminy Cricket!
