Trouble signing on to DVC member site

For the 2nd day in a row, I'm not able to sign in. The sign in box comes up, but almost immediately after is a box with balloons saying "Almost there" and that repeats over and over.

Anyone else? Any tips to signing on? Thanks!

That's what happens when I use the Samsung browser on my phone. In order to be able to use my phone I had to download Firefox for my phone. On my laptops Firefox works fine.

Im on it now stalking the RAT.

As Jetsdad says try another browser. Chrome or IE seem to work without any problems for me. If I use Firefox, it just goes in a continuous loop of signing in, reatarting and having me sign in again so that doesnt work for me but seems to work for above.

When we see varying results for the same browsers I wonder if it has more to do with add-ons, settings, etc. that each individual has with their browsers than it does with the browser itself. Pop-up blockers, ad blockers, etc.

I have no idea. I am not tech savy at all. I cannot use the Firefox at work but I can use IE and Chrome at work. Right now Im on my iPad and “think” I use Safari only because I see it as an app.

I'm using Firefox on my home computer. Sounds like the problem is here and not with Disney IT.

for me, IE often loops, yet Chrome works fine
