Trouble logging into the Universal website...

Anyone with an annual pass have trouble logging into the Universal website using their Card ID and PIN? When I try I get an invalid log in error.

I have the old plastic AP with my picture on it and it never works for me.

Had a very nice lady from Universal call me this morning about my concerns on this issue and she indicated to me that it is an IT issue and that they have recieved many complaints on this issue and that they are working on it.

They have been "working on it" since June, it's an on-going problem.

uhhh..... I logged in to the AP part of the website a week or two ago to buy HHN tickets and had no problem.

When isn't it a hassle to log into the Passholder section of the Universal website? And half the time, if you go to a different page to check something, it logs you out of the Passhoder section so you have to fight with it again to get back in.

i tried two days ago at night to log in and i might as well have been trying to contact mars.

i wll try again later today. or next week.
