Trouble checking in online

I have been trying and trying to check in ahead of time using the app and on my computer, but there is always an error message after I try to "save" it. Our trip is in 10 days. Is anyone else having similar problems? I wonder if it is a glitch having to do with the new updates. Is this something I should call about?

The same thing has been happening to me for about a week now but my trip is not until December. I have several reservations coming up and cannot check in on any of them.

I am glad to hear it isn't just me! I hope I can get it to work before we leave.
