Trouble Calling MS ??

I tried to call MS this morning and it appears that they are having phone trouble. I have tried both a cell and a land line but nothing gets through.

I have been calling to, since they opened and the line has been busy, busy, busy. i was thinking maybe because everyone is making their thanksgiving ressies, im going to keep trying.

I called right at 9 a.m. this morning and got through with no trouble. This is the day for Thanksgiving week ressies though, so they will probably be overloaded this morning. Keep trying!

We are heading into one of the busiest seasons for MS. People get together with their family over the holidays and make the plans for the entire year, as mentioned we are into Thanksgiving Week reservations, people are getting their dues bills and have questions and add in people who may still be booking the Member Event for May not to mention folks who realize how long winter is going to be and want to add in a Disney trip. Add in that Monday mornings are always the busiest time to call. Have patience, they are doing the best they can. Things will settle down again in February.

DH called at 9ET and got the final day of our Thanksgiving trip with no problem

I got my reservations last week - no problems - everyone must be back from the holidays and is kepting member service hopping....

they still had several standard view at BWV last week -
