Trouble Calling BBB

We are heading back to Disneyland in a couple of weeks, and I am working through bookings etc. One of these is a Princess makeover, but I am having real trouble calling to make a booking. It is going to some weird answering service, saying something along the lines of "You have been forwarded to voice mail, however the person at #xxx xxx xxxx (not the number I dialled) does not subscribe to this service" It then transfers me somewhere else, but that then states that that operation cannot be completed from this service.

Is this the normal message when calling the BBB? Do I just keep trying?? Help!!!

That sounds like the phone line got crossed up at some point. When I just tried the number, the message was pretty normal about please stay on the line to speak with the next available cast member (or something like that). I called (714) 781-STYLE or (714) 781-7895.

Thanks for that - I might try from a different phone. I could call for a Fantasmic dining booking no problem so it isn't distance..

I called again this morning from cell rather than landline and got through fine. All booked for October 6 for the MHP night

Now just need to track down an Elsa dress when we get there...
