TRON Ride Photo Never Showed Up

It's been several days since I rode TRON on March 23, but I see no ride photo in my MDE account. That same week I rode Slinky Dog and Buzz with photo notifications arriving almost immediately. Is this part of the 'soft opening' thing where photos don't work all the time? Since I had Genie+ with photos included, I assumed it would show up by now.

Mine never showed up from Friday. I guess it either isn’t working or is working intermittently.

Someone said they wouldn’t show up until after the official opening in April. However, they have started loading CM, AP, and DVC preview photos recently. These are from more than a week ago. So, maybe yours will show up soon.

We rode Tron tonight, right before close. Photos and videos showed up in our account within 2 hours.

Keep watching. People reported earlier today that AP preview photos just started to show up recently. People are reporting today that ours from over 2 weeks ago are just starting to appear now.

Keep checking. Hopefully they arrive sooner than later.

We also rode on the 23rd (around 11 am) and our photos appeared fairly quickly that same day. No watermark on ours even though there should have been. I'm a passholder without the photo download add-on and no one in our group of six had purchased Genie+.

I will keep an eye open for them. I was wearing my active MagicBand+ during the ride, but sometimes things just don't work.

OK, so weird thing- they are gone from my account, but show up for my spouse? Rude, I’m the one with the D23 membership, ha.

When we went to Disney a few years ago, some ride photos seemed all messed up. We would get many that worked fine but then at other times we would get a photo of a car with no one in it we knew! Assumed it was the car in front or behind us and the photo timing thing was just messed up.

Since Tron is new, if some are getting photos but others aren't, perhaps there are some issues in getting the photos properly synced to the rider?

I’m 1 for 2 on Tron ride video and photo (both during soft open). It loaded the same day. Guess there’s a chance my first set might still come through.

I’m not getting other people’s photos/videos, so hopefully it’s not a mismatch issue?

Very happy they’re doing these Tron videos and photos from both sides. No more being blocked by the person next to you!!

Did you make sure that you are looking at all of your friends' and family photos, not just yours. There is an option on the website and a filter in the app. We had some confusion around that recently.

The Tron photos showed up in my account today. It's not all that impressive in my case, since I rode in the accessible car in the back, but I still appreciated receiving them.

Did you make sure that you are looking at all of your friends' and family photos, not just yours. There is an option on the website and a filter in the app. We had some confusion around that recently.

Ah, yes! So I guarantee they were in “My Photos” before. And they are not there now. But yes, they are in “Include Family &Friends.”
