Do you think the lockers at Tron will always remain complimentary?

Does Universal charge for ride lockers?

Yes they will always be complimentary. Universal does not charge if you are just riding the ride. Disney does not charge for Kali River Rapids. they will both charge if you are longer then the ride.

Universal does not charge for their small size lockers if they require you to put your stuff into a locker, assuming you remove your stuff before the reasonably calculated time based upon attraction wait time. They do charge for larger lockers on these rides. They also charge for lockers at water rides.
