Trolley Car Cafe before Rope Drop?

I'm reading that they allow people in DHS before official open time ...
my question is regarding the Trolley Car Cafe... once you're in the parks before opening time - how far do they allow you to walk before the official rope drop; where, exactly, is the "rope drop" and will TCC be open/accessible during that early time?

Normally it is open. However, we don’t know how they are going to handle park opening. Usually, they cram everyone into the street right in front of it at the Y in the street. You can’t SD that way.

In January they were letting in about 45 minutes prior to opening. Trolly Car was open and packed as was park. The let you go down street about 2/3 towards TOT, to just outside Galaxies Edge and around bend towards Toy Story Land. That said this will be totally different now. I assume they will still let in early to keep people spread out. The question is once in how far you can go.

The line can be out the door and down the ramp, I’m worried with social distancing it will be down the street and out of the park.

Disney/Starbucks pllllllleeeeeaaaase allow mobile order at the parks!
