Thought I'd share some DLP thoughts, we were there Aug 13/14th.

Cute TR. Seems you got a lot done, what off site hotel did you stay at? Shame you saw hardly any characters, I think the pretty basic way is to do the character meals. When I went in 2013, I only saw Cruella de Ville! In the three days we were there (we saw them all in the parade though)

I agree about the photo pass and the characters. If we had bought the photopass we'd have about 4 photos on it from this trip.
2 of the days we were there we saw not.one character. Ok it was late afternoon/evening, but still....

I see loads of characters especially in the am - Mary Poppins and the Penguins, Scrooge and Donald, Mickey and Minnie, Pooh near Plaza Gardens, Aladin and Genie or Abu, couple from Lion King - Did you all chek the program where it shows the M&G ?

I feel like the times guide / program at DLP doesn't spell out all of the meets. From looking online, I don't see the characters you've listed spelled out on the guide.

We were there 12th-16th August. We met 26 different characters, and did the Photopass+ and ended up with 88 photos, 86 character and 2 ride photos. The Photopass characters were Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, Goofy, Chip, Dale, Donald, Daisy and Merida in the main park and Mickey and Buzz in studios. We also met Pinochio, Gepetto, Tigger, Eeyore, Abu, Genie, Timon, Rafiki, Smee and did the princess meal so met Cinderella and the prince, Aurora, Snow White and Perla and Suzie. Some we stumbled on by accident, others we found using social media or talking to people in queues. We were surprised at the lack of characters in the Studios, previously we have met most of the Stars and Cars before it was cancelled.

First week of October! I'm excited for Halloween characters but I'd love to see some of these random ones.
I've booked the 100 Acre Wood brunch so will at least get the Winnie the Pooh ones

That's cool. We went for Halloween last year for the first time, it was busy but totally worth it to meet the Halloween characters, we met Jafar, Hook, Malificent, Wicked Queen, Gaston, plus the usual characters in their Halloween costumes like Minnie and Pooh. For us it is all about the characters. Have a lovely time
