Mousekeeping! That's the word I was hunting for all through writing that...!
The IF is just the America thing, would really like to do it. Part of me says it would be a shame to spend limited funds going back to Paris, but... part of me says that now we know our way around, what to expect (where to find milk) etc, it would be a much smoother, relaxed etc trip next time, and seems a shame not to get more benefit from the research etc.
And of course, we could probably do it so much cheaper the next time!
