Hi everyone!
I finally finished my trip report (from February!) about my Disney vacation. It details our trip and our food (most important, right?).
I am a celiac and a vegan. My travel companion (Mom) is gluten, dairy, egg, soy, legume free. She's also in a wheelchair.
I put it up at my website so I hope it is okay to post a link.

I hope it can help with some trip planning!

He eats no food from restaurants...unless it is at WDW. If only we could find restaurants in the Midwest that handle allergies like Disney.
We are travelling to WDW together next month so I got lots of nice vegan ideas. Our families go to WDW together every other year and last trip we had most of our joint meals at Sunshine Seasons and Wolfgang Puck Express--nice to check out other options. Definitely up for Columbia Harbor House as I like 1 meal of those allergy safe chicken tenders (taste so much better baked to me!) and the vegan chili or salad would work for my friend and her hubby. Luckily neither of our kids are picky or have allergies
