Trip Planning Approach w/ Virtual Queues + a Long Must-Do List

My family is going to DL in October. We have four full park days so we don’t feel rushed, can be spontaneous, enjoy sit-down dining, enjoy the hotel, etc. The plan is to rope drop (or whatever the equivalent is then), take a midday break and come back in that late afternoon. If a Halloween party is announced that reduces park hours, our plans may shift … and we’ll hopefully attend the party one evening.

We haven’t been to the DLR since well before Galaxy’s Edge opened – and there are a lot of must-do activities on our list:

DisneylandCalifornia Adventure
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique for daughter’s 7th birthday (which is our first park day;
fingers crossed BBB opens before October)
Avengers Campus
Savi’s WorkshopLamplight Lounge (possibly for brunch)
Oga’s CantinaCarthay Circle (maybe, still on the fence)

With all these completing “priorities” and the addition of virtual queues – where we can’t make decisions based on return time, like FastPass/MaxPass – I’m struggling with how to approach trip planning and line up reservations when the time comes. Suffice to say, I’m just looking for general advice on how to tackle the parks so everything is crossed off the must-do list without ping-ponging across the parks from activity to activity. Any and all input appreciated!

EDIT TO ADD: We have Park Hoppers with alternating starting park reservations. DL, CA, DL, CA.

Regarding the virtual queues, if your boarding time window opens up at a time that conflicts with a dining reservation, do the dining first. Then you can always take your receipt from the dining to the ride and show them and they will let you in if you are late. I would think the same thing would apply to any other reservation type of thing (like Oga's or Savi's).

I hope it works for Oga's just in case... I have a reservation there an hour and a half after our dinner at Cafe Orleans (only time I could get!)
