I'm so happy right now! My very best friend in the entire world, whom I've known since I was three, just found out her biopsy for breast cancer was benign!!

Enough of this health stuff -- how about if ALL OF US stay healthy from now on??
And last night, DD and I spent a lot of time planning what our ADR's are going to be! We are doing a few places we've never done before and we're so excited.
Day One is staying the same with Earl of Sandwich and Chef Mickey's. Day Two, is now including Columbia Harbor House for lunch. Yummy!
Day Three:
Epcot!!! I can't even begin to tell you how much I love World Showcase! It is one of my favorite places in the entire world ... and The World!

We are going to have lunch at Tangeriene Cafe! We missed this last year due to DD not feeling so well and needing to go back to the hotel to rest. This year, I can't wait! The menu sounds so good and the food porn pictures look delicious! Dinner will be at our favorite: Le Cellier!

I don't care that they changed the menu! They still have the NY Strip, which is what DD got last year and what I want this year! We'll pay OOP for the soup, which we can't resist! (Right now I'm eating Manwich and it doesn't really work as I talk about that delicious food!!

) What a great day -- I just LOVE Epcot!
And snacks! I'm going to go over some of the snacks that we are planning and haven't had to see if you guys have any tips, but I have to say that DD is lusting for the school bread in Norway! She LOVES it and is hoping to have more than one a day!

This girl is Norway crazy.
Last year I got screwed on my snacks. I was still dealing with my weird taste buds from chemo (still am ...) and kept forgetting to get things. By the end of our trip, I spent most of them in the store at French Quarter! No way is that happening this year! I'm on a snack mission!
DD's 21st birthday is coming up soon (the 27th) and I thought I'd share some from a birthday spent at the Poly!
Now I told all of you that DD is a history geek.

Well, I have a confession to make. I'm a quotes geek. I search the internet and books for quotes that mean something to me. And, being a geek, have to share one with you!
"When you're young, you have moments of such happiness you thnk you're living someplace magical like Atlantis must have been. Then you grow up and your heart breaks in two."
*Stephen King, Hearts In Atlantis
This quote makes me think of Disney. It heals our hearts from growing up and allows us to be innocent children again.
Talk to ya all soon!
