So while DH & DS14 were off enjoying some archery, DS11 and I went out for a little Poly shopping and exploring!

We decided that we would walk over on the GF side of the Poly. I wanted to get a nice picture of the Poly from over there to blow up and frame and put in my living room.

We walked the whole way to the GF wedding pavilion and then turned around and headed back towards the Poly.

I set my camera up on a light post and set the timer to take a picture of us together!

Just then a CM was coming by on a bicycle and he parked his bike and jumped off and came over and asked if we wanted him to take our picture!

Pretty soon we started to see people coming out of the wedding pavilion. Jodi and family were at the wedding that was taking place!

And then we actually saw Jodi and family coming out and they were waving at us! I couldn't believe we could see each other from that far away!

DS and I continued to play on the beach. Jodi and I were texting and she was updating me on what all they were doing after they left the wedding pavilion.

Pretty soon DS and I started walking back towards the Poly. As soon as we did we noticed a small private wedding ceremony taking place right there on the beach!

It was so cool! We quietly walked around them in the grass, but I had to look back and take a quick pic!

Great update! I always love exploring around the resort. You got some really good pics! Do you know yet which one you will frame and put in your living room?

That was so nice of the CM to offer to take your pic. I know he would have done it had you asked him to, but how nice for him to get off his bike, stop whatever he was heading to do, and offer on his own. Think the nasty train guy would have done that?

So funny that Jodi was at the wedding going on at the GF! Did you know while you were walking that the wedding would be going on at that time? I was trying to pick Jodi out of the people in the pictures. Is she the blonde with her back to the camera, wearing a *surprise* black dress? I remember that the dress she bought for the wedding was black and white, so that, plus the blonde hair, made me think it could be Jodi.

I love seeing the wedding about to take place on the beach! Were the bride and her father just about to walk down the asile/beach? How sweet!

Shelly Love the update! Love the luau cove side Pictures! I ordered a new camera yesterday, an Olympus Pen hopeing to get some great pics of the
Poly too. I use to use a SLR back in the day and miss the shots so with any luck the Pen with interchangeable lenses will help me get the nighttime shots I want without having to lug around a heavy camera.

That was so neat that you saw Jodi !

DS11 and I had the best time!! I'm glad we had the afternoon together.
