I know the weather will be wet and cold but what are the queues like, are half the rides closed and does it shut at 16:00?

If we do go we will stay in the DLH to add some shine to the trip. We'd like to go this Xmas but the prices are silly out of school time.

Ta muchly!

I wouldn't say half the rides are shut, but there are a few more refurbs going on at that time of year than usual. The park will probably shut at around 7pm.

Personally I would wait and go later in the year, even if it meant staying in a cheaper hotel. May half term can be a good time to go as only the UK is on holiday then.

I'm thinking the park is going to shut more like 8pm Feb halfterm, possibly 10pm weekends - Dreams has given us later hours (hooray!) than we used to have. October half term is 10pm, and Christmas week is similar, seems like they've realised that the Disneyland Park can operate past 7pm when its not Summer ;) I'd be happy with a 9pm closing :)

In theory yes. But next May, Ascension Day falls on Thursday May 29th and this means a long and full on public holiday in France. The parks will be heaving!

So, if you do go in May half term, then it may well be an idea to finish up before Ascension Day.

I second that. France will be on holiday from Thursday to Sunday - they tend to take days off over this time and companies shut down as no one else is working. It will be VERY busy!

Well I've booked it.

Sun 16th till Wed 19th at the Hotel New York including BBWWS and a character meal at Cafe Mickey, all for 'free'. Thanks Avios!
