wow that ground floor room looks brilll, can you remember what no it was , or what i could ask for to see if we could get a gorgeous room like that with a terrace

I'm thinking it was 3178 & 3180 (we had connecting rooms). 3 is for West Wing, 1 for ground floor, followed by the room number(s).

You could just ask for ground floor, west wing, I'm sure they would all be similar

Don't get stressed if you don't get what you ask for though - you'll have a lovely time wherever you are.
