So I had decided to extend our March trip and add a 4 day on the Wonder. Nothing exciting in terms of itenerary but I wanted to check out the ship, DD loves frozen and Tiana, and we were already there, so travel expenses would be minimized.

Well, there was pushback that the total trip would be too long and the itenerary was boring. I wasn't sure about the first one but the second was totally true.

Fast forward to today, I guess instead of doing another Nassau/CC run were going to Alaska instead! :cool1:

I had convinced everyone about the ship, but they decided the itenerary was too much to bear.

I'm so excited! I've been wanting to see Alaska for years. Thanks for letting me be excited. Off to find a new ticker. :scratchin

Nassau vs Alaska? Is that even a debate? Have fun.
In terms of itenerary? No. No contest. I was just under the impression that we had all agreed that DCL in Alaska was priced high and didn't have the best itenerary.

Guess I was mistaken. :rotfl:

To ME, Disney is priced high in Alaska and the itinerary is good enough.

People seem to clamor for the far north voyages, but those usually mean one way trips, making flights a bit more tricky. It also means Disney having to deal with another port for embarking and training people at. With a single ship in the area, it can be difficult to secure a berth with calls only once every 2 weeks for 4-5 months.

I hope you guys have a great cruise, a longer trip and still on the Wonder!
