Trick or Treating In Other Parks Oct. 31st?

If your not attending MNSSHP on Halloween night, is there other options for Trick or Treating in the parks? Maybe EPCOT or Downtown Disney?

I don't know about the other parks, but the Boardwalk has Halloween festivities with trick or treating. (this is not from personal experience but next year it will be!!!)

I don't know, I've never toured any of the parks during that time frame.
