Do we need to bring our own treat bags for the kids to collect candy or will they provide them? I'm trying to come up with our packing list :) Also, what kind of candy do the usually give out? Thanks!

They do provide them and it seemed like they had lots, as for the cany I don't really remember - typical stuff I think mini candybars, tootsie rolls... lots of stickers.

we had a lot of full size willie wonka type candy like nerds. We also got a lot of mini candy bars and hard candy. We didn't get any stickers. They will give you as many trick or treat bags as you need. They have people passing them out at different places, all you need to do is ask!

they provide a plastic/paper type bag. We went to DTD and bought DD the cute ghost Mickey Trick or Treat bag which we will bring with us again this year!

They were also selling hard plastic pumpkins with a Mickey face sort of lightly "scraped" on the front and ears sticking out - for trick-or-treating. :sad2: I wish we were going during MNSSHP - Oh well September is closer than Oct. :teeth:

Thanks everyone! Just curious, do they give out alternatives to candy at all? PowellRJ mentioned stickers? Neither one of my kids really like alot of candy...I don't know how that happened! (DH is a big time candy eater and I've been known to sneak a Hershey Kiss or two ;) .) DS does love trick or treating though, the whole thrill of the hunt LOL Should I bring a few extra stickers and non-candy treats to throw in their bags?
