So what trends (especially ones that have popped of this year) that you're just sick of or you don't understand why they're so popular.

That grunge look highschool boys are doing. The longish shaggy hair. Boxers that show. Skater shoes.

This whole bright colors, bring back the 80s thing. I want simple, non-itchy sweaters that don't come in Puke Green, Neon Blue, and Hot Pink. I WANT WINTER COLORS DANGIT! Sorry, shopping is frustrating for me this season.

I hate the trend of everyone liking the Jonas Brothers...I really don't believe they are great and they only have like 2 good songs.

But there really was no type of fashion trend that annoye me

Not really a trend, but something I find odd in US teenager fashion.

In the East, if you wear Aeropostale, it's pretty much being known as "cheap". Abercrombie is the popular thing.
Out West, Aero is the popular thing. I saw it EVERYWHERE in CA.

i agree...i don't like the jonas brothers at all. They are not cute at all like everyone says (IMO) and they don't have great music.

I also don't like all the 80's stuff coming back...like the bright color's and peace things like that. Some of the stuff is nice but i hate the bright colors they're too annoying.

check out Martin and Osa for sweaters. I got a super soft sweater from there and they have basic colors.

I'm sick of the 80s trends too, I.E leg warmers and shutter shades.
Classic uggs should die but I understand they a practical for cold weather.

Oh, gag. I completely understand. I just want to yell at those guys "Go take a shower!".

Tight shirts. Just because you can fit into a shirt the size of a sock, doesn't mean you should.

Ed Hardy. I just don't understand what the big deal is. All the prints are just way to busy and..idk. I don't get the fascination with it.

Sparkly clothes/shoes. It hurts my eyes. Way too 80's for me.

Now, for the trends I like.

- I've been doing the whole 60's hippie thing for a while. I like it since everything is much for relaxed and comfy. I can have a lot of fun with it. Headbands are <3. It never gets boring for me because I can do so many different things.

- I don't know if this counts because they've been 'in' for a while, but I adore flats. I have 15 different pairs, at least.

- Like when girls have a side part and then they pin it back? Kind of hard to explain. But I think it's cute and easy to do.

oh and the whole baggy pants below the butt guy thing. Buy a belt please.

& basically clothes not fitting. If you need a bigger size get one, if you need a smaller size GET ONE. I hate too tight/too baggy clothes. I guess thats not really a trend though.

I guess Im a part of the hippy trend....I wear jeans a lot and just any shirt(that is clean) I can find. And I like all the peace stuff but dont really wear it.

I almost forgot.
CROCS! I hate them hate them hate them. UGLIEST THINGS EVER. Oh and now the crocs with the fur lining or whatever. Whats up with that? I thought the whole thing with crocs is to be able to take them in water/rain and be comfy. You can't do that now. Buy the ugg slip ons if you want warm slip ons. but I guess I just don't get it

Maybe it's a social experiement. People see one famous person wearing them, and everyone goes out and buys them even though they are hideous and serve no purpose. Haha.

Whatever, people can keep their shutter shades because it's so funny to see someone wearing them. At least I get a laugh out of it.
