Treehouse Villas questions.....Help!

Ok....a few questions while we are in the process of planning our next trip...

1. We have 260 developer points that need to be used at SSR. Can these be used to book a TV?

2. How do you actually enter into the TV??? We are traveling with 2 adults with bad knees, and a toddler with a stroller. Will accessing the TV be a huge inconvenience?

3. How far away aret he TV from the main resort? Will we be walking forever after the bus drops us off???

4. Would you recommend the main resort or the TV when traveling with a 2 year old? I would hate to be so far away from the pool, playground, etc... that it would be a hike to use these amenities.

2. How do you actually enter into the TV??? We are traveling with 2 adults with bad knees, and a toddler with a stroller. Will accessing the TV be a huge inconvenience? most of them appear to have stairs, but it looks like they are at different heights, they have 4 HC accessable ones

3. How far away aret he TV from the main resort? Will we be walking forever after the bus drops us off??? People have report that they are pretty far away from everything

4. Would you recommend the main resort or the TV when traveling with a 2 year old? I would hate to be so far away from the pool, playground, etc... that it would be a hike to use these amenities. I am having the exact same delemma. I really really want to stay in one. My kids are 7, 4, 3.
I'm not sure a long walk at night coming home is a good idea. I am considering renting a car

I think that there will be 2 bus stops in the Treehouse Villas.
