OK I have not been able to find this even though I know it is on here somewhere... Anyone know the square footage of the treehouses?

The square footage of the treehouses villas is approximately 1074 square feet

Approx. 1074

EditL D'Oh! What Samaya said... I stepped away after starting my post.

Thank you all very much!! I figured they were smaller than AKV, but wanted to confirm my suspicions!!! Trying to decide where to stay next year...

Keep in mind, THV are a 3BR resort vs. 2BR (but at a 2BR cost). The 3rd bedroom has bunk beds in them.

So, space wise about the same as a 2BR elsewhere, a little smaller bedrooms in order to fit 3, but a great deck and unique stay. We've not been able to get the THV ever, but since we travel with my parent a lot, we think they'd be great. We'd all have our own room (our daughter would get the 3rd).

We did a split stay last year with a 2 bedroom at AKV and then THV. We found AKV to be more spacious and that 3rd bathroom was worth more than those bunk beds.

That is a good point about the bunk beds, I had not thought of that. In considering the 3rd bath over the bunk beds though that is consideration as well, since we will be traveling with 4 tweens/teens, 4 adults and 1-6 year old. Any other opinions, considerations, or suggestions??

It really depends on your group make up. I think with multiple families, the THV's work very nice. The adults can have their own room without the kids having to share a room.

In a 2 Bedroom we shared a bedroom with my kids and my parents got the master. If we had been at the THV's, we could have kept the master, put the kids in the bunk beds and my parents in the second bedroom. When the kids go to bed it is nice...or even just to get some privacy.

Really, it comes down to the group size/make up that is going if having the third bath or bedroom is more convenient.
