Tree of Life for Christmas **UPDATED to mention the trading thread P.2**

For Christmas my mom got me a gift. I saw it and didnt think much of it... but now I am so in love. Its something so simple. Its called "the tree of life".. and it is going to go perfect in my Disney room.

Isn't this cute?? For some reason I thought it was neat and wanted to share.

I plan to put that tree of life on the wall somewhere.
I swear you would think we have kids... lol ... but we dont. So we decorated a spare room in the house- lol, it works for us.
(I know the color on the wall is ugly/different.. but its the same color as mickey's feet...)

We dont have kids... but I bought these halloween outfits at Toys R Us after Halloween on Sale for $2 a piece. Couldn't pass them up! Too Cute!! And yes... those are Lincoln Logs (like they have at Wilderness Lodge)

Okay... these are totally not related but I wanted you all to see them. These are cute wedding Pins you can get. One is generic and the other is a Disney Fairy Tale Weddings pin!! Gotta get 'em!

I told DF when we move to our townhome in August that we are going to have a Disney room. And it is just a given that if we have girls they will have a disney princess or tink room, and the boys will have a Toy Story or Cars room!

We are planning on building a house in 3-4 years, and i told him i want a kitchen with white cabinets and black granite counters and accent with red and yellow (towels, appliances, etc.) hmmm....sound familiar?

So we have a disney room fund at the bank.......wow..he must really love me!

I don't know about you gals but my trick was.....if we got married at Disney.....then Disney would always have a special place in Doug's heart, and he would be more receptive to Disney items and memorabilia......and boy has it worked, he now gets all excited when he sees anything Disney!

Same with me Tink. He is now buying me gifts to go in there... actually supporting and being enthusiastic about it. Which is really exciting to me!

That room is absolutely adorable!!! I wish that DF and I could decorate our spare room like that, but unfortunately, I think our landlady would kill us! Oh well....when we get a house or somewhere we can paint, I've got something to look forward to, lol!

As I am writing this "wow, your room looks great" note, I am wearing my Mickey engagement ring, my Mickey T-shirt, and about to leave with my Mickey purse. So, yes, it's good to know I'm not the only one with a deep love for the mouse! Looks great, Maggimus!

Okay-- Im getting rid of some of my disney stuff over on the budget board. Over there they have the "come trade with us" thread where people do even trades for things... getting rid of things they no longer want and getting new. "One person's just is another mans treasure"....
