Origionally we were traveling with Amtrak and convinced my husband last night to spend an extra chunk of $$$ to get 2 roomettes round trip. A little while ago I went onto Travelocity just to poke around to see what the airfares are and low and behold I couldn't believe my eyes! I just booked flights from Hartford, CT to Orldando, direct flights for $98 each ($121 with taxes). We just cut our traveling expenses by 2/3 :cool1:

AND you saved travel time ...... more time to enjoy Disney.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!! Yes, that sale just started a couple days ago. Before that, it was ~ $230 RT with taxes from BDL to MCO and I was getting nervous. Very good timing!

A tip: Travelocity and Expedia are good to do a big search and find out what flights are available and the prices. They charge a very small fee to book the ticket. If you go to the specific airline's site and book there, you save the (very small) fee + you're dealing directly with the airline.

I just noticed Song & Jetblue are offering some flights from Boston to Orlando at $59. each way. Now I wish I had waited. Although, our rate of $74 isnt too bad.

cheers to those who are now able to fly & save the extra time in WDW :flower:
