Travelodge - Dartford

Thinking of booking into the Travelodge the night before we travel to DLP to save getting up so early in the morning.
It's currently only £19 for the room for 1 night.
Anyone stayed there? Very mixed reviews online?

I think most people tend to stay at the one in Ashford as it is near restaurants and close to the tunnel & port.

The Dartford one does have a Burger King nearby but having said that Bluewater shopping centre is a 5 minute drive away so plenty of eating options there.

I'd recommend the Ashford one too. A good bit closer to the tunnel. There are road works on the M25 at the moment and it took us a good hour and a half longer than normal to get to the Dartford Crossing.

From Ashford you're only about 15 minutes from the tunnel. A Nikki says, also situated very well for something to eat, and just off the Motorway.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that we want to travel on eurostar from Ebbsfleet, not Ashford as it's closer to us so much less driving.

In that case the Dartford one is closer I have never stayed there as its only about 20 minutes from where I live so can't comment on it but to be honest for £19 its a place to sleep

Weve stayed there a few times- it was ok but nothing special. For that price though its worth doing

Thanks, we're only about 1.5-2 hrs away from Ebbsfleet but with 2 little ones I think the day we travel is going to be a long enough day for them anyway without adding on a 2 hour drive.
Once I have booked the Eurostar I will get it booked.
Any ideas when the Feb dates for Eurostar might be released?
We are on a call back but I am worried they might miss us and we will miss getting our seats booked.
